The History of Boise Ascot Lennox
Créer initialement en 2020 et reconnue comme OSBL depuis mars 2022, l’Association pour la protection et la valorisation du Boisé Ascot-Lennox est une initiative citoyenne qui cible le travail collaboratif entre les différentes parties prenantes concernées. Leur mission est de faire reconnaître et intégrer le Boisé Ascot-Lennox comme infrastructure verte essentielle à la qualité de vie citoyenne à Sherbrooke et à la résilience aux changements climatiques. Ce travail s’imbrique dans une vision et une réflexion à long terme qui promeut une planification urbaine réfléchie et adaptée aux enjeux sociaux et environnementaux actuels pour les générations futures

To defend the interests and represent the voices and concerns of citizens in the Ascot and Lennoxville boroughs in relation to the forest area of the same sector (Boisé Ascot-Lennox) with the relevant stakeholders.

Provide a press review related to the Ascot-Lennox Woods and the protection and enhancement of forest environments and offer a monitoring service regarding threats that could affect the integrity of the Ascot-Lennox Woods.
Gather and mobilize
Bring together and mobilize citizens towards common interests for the protection and enhancement of the Ascot-Lennox Woods.
